Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kilaweb Technology believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a transparent cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided project discovery or coding has not commenced.
No cancellation is acceptable for custom software or SEO packages after the milestone sprint plan has been agreed upon and work initiated.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective digital deliverables, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
In case of any refunds approved by Kilaweb Technology, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
